Please clean your Browser cache and check it again . Its showing new fav icon on my end not Joomla Fav icon.

/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/images/favicon.ico

Replace the fav icon with your icon with same name .
Do not forget to clean Joomla and Browser Cache.
