I created a favicon and copied to my site under the ja_zibal template. It does not work. Any advice? I used Fireworks to create it per their instructions. I used ftp to place the file but nothing. 1st time trying this.

Hi Heather

It may take a short while before it appears in the browser. I seem to think mine took about 24 hours before I could see it!

Also, I notice with most JA templates, you have to place the favicon in your root folder (/html) and also in the root level of the template folder, in my case:
/templates/ja_telline_ii/favicon.ico

just for the record, you need to clear your browser cache for favicons to be updated. otherwise, you have to wait for them to become outdated and automatically deleted according to your browser settings
