Hello,
I’ve copied my new favicon in the root folder and also in JA_university template folder. Favicon shows correctly in Firefox. However, when using Chrome the default Joomla favicon keeps appearing. When I inspect the HTML code in Chrome the link to the favicon seems correct.
Any ideas?
I’m using OpenSuse and browser cache has been cleared.

yes, this my correct favicon. On my Chrome (OpenSUSE 13.1) the favicon shows correctly for less than a second and then switches to the default Joomla favicon. Is there a anyway to make sure that the favicon doesn’t get overridden?

I verified all your website’s pages and favicon was always the same on all pages

If you have only 1 favicon.ico file i don’t think any other favicon file can override it

Thanks.
