Hi,

We replaced /templates/ja_builder/favicon.ico but (in all browsers, cache cleaned, etc…) don’t change. The favicon associated with other pages ja_jason changes (overwritting /templates/ja_jason/favicon.ico).

You can share me the FTP account of your site so I will take a look, I tried to change favicon at my local but it works.

I can access it now.

However, when I check in JA Builder template’s directory, you’re still using default Joomla favicon: ROOT/templates/ja_builder/favicon.ico

Pls replace it with your own icon first. Then clean cache & fresh your site.
