Hi,

I have a custom favicon copied to the folder /plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/images but when i update the Framework T3 the favicon return to the default image. Please, in which folder have copy favicon to override and not disappear when update?

You could use FTP tool: copy favicon.ico file into templates/ja_university/images/ path

It would not be overridden when you upgrade T3 plugin
