Feature Intro block picture appears faded. I’ve turned opacity off (slider all the way to the right) and set shadows to max (again slider all the way to the right) and my picture still looks faded/washed out. Compare the home page http://www.misypc.org with the original picture here:

How can I get the original image to display just the way it is without alteration.

I can see the opacity value is working on the image, Can u share a temp admin login to the site in Private reply?
So that I can apply the changes on this image and check the issue on your site.

Kindly clear the browser cache and apply the changes again.
Also, you have custom class lead on the image that makes the image fade http://prntscr.com/f5oxev
Remove the extra class and check.
