Right now, there is a setting to show premium jobs first on the list, which is great. However, with more premium jobs on the site, that means the front page suddenly gets very “stale”, showing the same premium jobs over and over. So what would be more helpful, is to have one additional option to have premium jobs show up at the top for the first X number of days, and afterwards, they would be shown in date order with the rest of the listings. That way, we can sell the idea that they will be at the top, but it will also keep the front page from getting stale with the same postings.
