I update our site using jupgrade and installed ja_purity_ii because we wanted to have the same layout like we had in the 1.5.-version which can be seen here: http://www.lav-tuebingen.de/.

The new 2.5-version is here: http://www.lav-tuebingen.de/joomla25/

The starting page is empty, featured articles are not shown.

Any idea what I can do? I tried almost everything…

By the way: if i change the template, the featured articles can be seen…

Any help is highly appreciated!

I have checked on joomla2.5 new version but i saw main component does not load.

<jdoc:include type="component" />

And I have switched JOOMLA Template default but it does not work

You can check on this again.

I’m not sure that I understand what you mean. What can I do? What do I have to change?

PS: By the way: I deinstalled the framework and the template and installed them again – it does not work. And: other templates work quite well!

I mean

<jdoc:include type="component" />

does not load on your site.

I switched to Joomla default templates and still it did not work.

When you upgraded to J2.5 may be you missed something.

Please follow my suggestion:
+ You can download JA Purrity II J.25 from Joomlart and re-install with quickstart.

I do not think I missed anything while updating to 2.5. I used jupgrade and – what is more important – other templates work well.
The code you mean does not load on this site either: http://www.stadtlauf-tuebingen.de/cms// . At least I cannot find it…

But the featured articles can be seen. And the template is ja_purity_ii .

The quickstart installation file is no installation package. Do you mean I just have to overwrite all the files existing?

It would best to help me if you unzip all folder code on joomla25 and database run with it. I will download it and check about this on local.
