Hi there,
We have everything running perfect on our site apart from:

On the featured employers module, when you click on an employers logo it takes you to a profile of the employer.

We want the module to work, so that if a user clicks an employers logo it takes them directly to the list of jobs for that employer.

I know on the employers profile page you can click the button to view the jobs for that compan, but we do not want this.

We just want the user to click the logo and then get a list of jobs by that company.

Please help?

Hi reders,

You must customize the template file to do as your request as follow:
– The employer list layout file: componentscom_jajobboardviewsjaprofilestmplthemesinlinejalist-item.php
– Change image link to: SITE/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jajobs&layout=myjobs&employerid=EMPLOYER_ID&uid=EMPLOYER_USERID&Itemid=36

I would like to do something similar, but show the listing of job categories for the specific employer.
eg.,
click on Unroco Jobs <show>
– Accounting (43)
– Human Resources (22)
etc
-Clicking on the listing would then show only the jobs for that employer and category…
any suggestions?

– We have JAJobCounter module already, please try to use and research to show job counter by each employer.
– You can build the link to show job by employer and category like this:
SITE/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jajobs&layout=myjobs&employerid=EMPLOYER_ID&uid=EMPLOYER_USERID&&cat_id=CATEGORY_NAME
