could you please clarify what you are looking for?
Currently Job Board does not have an option to “feature” a resume, so where would you get the featured resumes to display in that module?
Job Board does however have a latest resumes module as well as a list resumes module where you can display the latest resumes.

Job Board does not support this feature currently.
