    hi, I am facing this behaviour: when I use a new features intro module, it displays ok, but when I start editing it with my information, it starts to get damaged, and looses formatting and data. please see attached printscreen. words below the shapes are not centered, sometimes the description of the first feature is lost, and the third shape (triangle) appears pale.

    I would appreciate some help on this, thanks

    Hi
    The issue is due to small description in the ACM module , You can see i added some dummy description in module ID 129 and it look fine now .
    It need to adjust some margin . like this > http://prntscr.com/9qfl50
    You can add your final content and let me know , i will suggest the changes based on your site .
    Or u can also adjust the css as given in screenshot above .

    thanks for checking this out, I do not see the paragraph with the text at all. The source code is missing the paragraph with the description – feature-desc on the first item, just below feature-title in the code, but is is ok on the others… So the paragraph

    never closes, and gets messed up with the next piece which is <a data-itemid="101" href="/">projects.

    <div class="acm-features style-1 ">
                <div class="row equal-height">
            <div class="features-item col style-light features-item-first col-xs-12 col-sm-3 col-lg-3 center">
                                <div class="feature-image">
                        <img src="/images/joomlart/features/icon-1.png" alt="projects+projects" />
                    </div>

                <div class="feature-content">
                                        <h3 class="feature-title">projects+projects</h3>

                                        <p> **HERE, IS MISSING THE DESCRIPTION....**

                                        <a data-itemid="101" href="/">projects</a>
                                </div>
            </div>

            <div class="features-item col style-dark  col-xs-12 col-sm-3 col-lg-3 center">
                                <div class="feature-image">
                        <img src="/images/joomlart/features/icon-2.png" alt="approach" />
                    </div>

                <div class="feature-content">
                                        <h3 class="feature-title">approach</h3>

                                        **<p class="feature-desc">dadada Quisque viverra tellus eget erat hendrerit, non lacinia turpis iaculis. Duis rhoncus augue eu lacinia ultrices risus tristique.</p>**

                                        <a data-itemid="101" href="/">approach</a>
                                </div>
            </div>

    There is definitely something wrong here, I tried several browsers. Then it is the formatting, but first I am missing the text!

    Hi
    Look the previous post again .
    Current module on site > http://prntscr.com/9qgbcz
    Here is module after change in padding > http://prntscr.com/9qfl50

    The module where i added the dummy data you can see looks fine > http://prntscr.com/9qgbu1
    I hope the screenshot details will clear the things to you . There is only need to change in padding .

    It is the description of the first feature (projects+projects) that is not visible, although it is defined in the module admin section (mod-id=129). Please login and verify i fyou see it, as in the attached file, within admin section. thanks

    Hi
    Did u customized the template or acm files ?
    I checked it in fresh package and replicate same setting but there is no issue in this module > http://prntscr.com/9qgwtv
    if u have custom changes kindly revert them .

    • upgrade the staff admin details to super user so i can check acm files on your site .

    What I only did, is to install the new template JA playstore, in order to test it and possibly use a slide roller module.

    Absolutely no other modification of templates or other files, beyond custom.css.

    I replicated it again, as soon as I changed some text on the last module, it destroys the formatting for start…

    Do you think it uses a different acm version?

    I upgraded the account, go ahead.

    Hi
    this very strange , the issue seems only in one module .
    could u trash this module and create a new module add the details in that and check .
    I have same version of acm on my local and its working fine .

    remember the last bottom (default) module-id 89 Introducing, it displayed correctly, I only changed two texts inside (start editing this, start editing that) and they got messed up immediately. So it easily replicable.

    please go ahead and create a new one for features if you want, assign it in main menu-eng, for home-eng and lang english, then start editing the descriptions, so we see what happens.

    so we know that maybe my setup produces the problem?

    Hi
    I created new module Module id 132 and edited the content and its working fine > http://prntscr.com/9qhkgc
    You can check it on your site .
    Note : the margin issue will be solved by my previous suggestions in this thread .
    Is there anything else i can assist you in this topic ?

    [NOTICE: UNLESS this issue is related to my other problem here https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/strange-behaviour-in-header-class-in-landing-page-load/, for which I do not have any help yet.]

    I know this is a pain, but see attached pics. (one is the module you created JA TEST).

    After 1-2 edits of the module, the first item got messed-up again. It should display "Start editing this", but the description is gone. So it is not the margin, it does not display what it is supposed to display!!!

    I noticed that when I just moved the JA TEST module below the previous module with the picture, it replicated the problem. the description between PROJECTS and TEST has disappeared!..

    I documented the exact missing paragraph in the source code above, and in my opinion this is a bug somewhere, you may want to pass all this to a developer to try and fix it. It is very annoying to try to define the module content, and after a couple of modifications, to have to start from the beggining, especialy together with the client. Or do we have to teach the client, according to the words that they enter, to adjust the margins in css?

    thanks if you could provide access to a system of yours, I can try and replicate it, to help identify the issue.

    Also the admin user details you provided for current site is not super user permission group .
