I have performed the following steps to solve this issue:

    1. I replaced all template files, with new from zip file, nothing changed.
    2. I performed a new quickinstall on a new subdomain on the same server, and checked, there was no problem present.
    3. I connected the new installation with the old database, with my old content and multilingual environment, there was no problem present.

However, I now have an older version of JA Masthead, and this should be updated, but before doing this, I would like you to check my other post about the header coming not right here:
    wrong header class received

and then tell me if I should do the updates, so I do not get the same problem again.
    regards.

    Hi
Glad to hear the problem is solved , it seems to be problem in the database , the new data not saved in DB .
For the JA Masthead, it does not effect the other parts as it separate module .
For problem of header class i can see Team member already working on your problem here .
please follow the same thread .
Note : Always take full site backup time to time and before any update .
