Looks like the problem is related to the source of the feed you are trying to get…

Just for a test purpose, can you please try to add to the module, the following RSS URL, so we can see if it works?

Well i tried different feed and only work one time then will stop working, but i found out the problem, in Global configuration the cache have to be off and in the module setting no cache instead global.

Like that the feed is working properly.
