Well I try to install feedgator 2.3.7 I get “Cannot find Joomla XML setup file” when trying to install into Joomla 3.2.3 I was told a few days back by cssyeah to go to this FeedGator’s forum (http://www.trafalgardesign.co.uk/forum) – but there isn’t a Feedgator forum here. Near as I can tell the best site is http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/feedgator/frs/ but this hasn’t been updated since last August.

What do I do to get feeds into my website?

    Hi Tom,

This error message ‘Cannot find Joomla XML setup file’ indicates that the package you install doesn’t include XML file, you may need to unzip the package first, then try to install the correct package inside it.

For the forum, you can try to post a thread here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/feedgator/forum/?action=ForumBrowse&forum_id=6708

Did find a Beta version – Alpha 3.0 – seems it is the only version that will work with Joomla 3.2.x – It did successfully install.. On joomlacode’s forum it isn’t as thorough as Joomlart’s – Should I consider this fix before running feeds through Feedgator?

FeedGator is a 3rd party extension, not our JA extension, so backup your site first before applying that fix
