I really like Zebrina but can foresee having several questions. Here are the first:
1. When I choose the transmenu or suckerfish menu options, I’m getting these warnings:
Warning: main(/templates/ja_zebrina/ja_cssmenu/ja-menulib.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /templates/ja_zebrina/ja_cssmenu.php on line 11
Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/templates/ja_zebrina/ja_cssmenu/ja-menulib.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /templates/ja_zebrina/ja_cssmenu.php on line 11
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: jamenu in /templates/ja_zebrina/ja_cssmenu.php on line 13
I’m unable to find such ja-menlib.php file anywhere in the template.
2. With the jatool enabled, the display in Firefox shows the tool descriptions but no icons. In IE7 it shows the descriptions while showing bad links to the icon images and the logo.
3. I’m unclear which three modules this instruction in the user guide is referring to, and where exactly the code is to be placed.
“You can use three modules appear in the home page with the following code:
<div style=” float: left; margin: 5px 10px 5px 0;”>
<img src=”your image source” width=”60″ height=”75″ hspace=”0″
vspace=”0″ alt=”Sample Image” title=”Sample Image” border=”0″ />
</div>
Your content goes here”Does this refer to the user positions 7,8,9 that are shown on the modules guide on the JA site? If not, I would like to know how to include those modules. I have been unable to find any instruction that covers that area. Nothing shows there at all except a color banner area.
Thanks

January 15, 2007 at 7:26 am #213155Hi seacoast,
1. + 2. I thought you should remove the template and try to install it again.
3. To add a module, go to your Administration Panel, Modules and then click to New button. Specify the position of the module and add the code (to a textarea, not a rich text editor) and hit Save.

Thanks. Re-install worked for 1 and 2. For 3, I’m still not clear. When I add the code to the module text area, it displays as html in the browser. Guess I’m missing something.

January 15, 2007 at 9:37 am #213159Hi seacoast,
You should have used HTML code mode of the rich text editor (click a button on your WYSIWYG editor to show the real HTML code of your content).

Ha Le-Viet.January 17, 2007 at 9:22 pm #213221HI,
I’m really struggling with what seems like a straightorward task.. The only html button on the text editor is to show html source, but it shows nothing but a blank popup screen, no matter what kind of formatting I do. Likewise when I click insert table, I get a blank popup. I can find no plaintext area, and I’ve clicked all the options. Is there a configuration problem, perhaps?
Thanks

No, when you hit that button (in a new module) paste the mentioned code in that blank field and click the button update
January 18, 2007 at 6:40 pm #213249Hi Gripster,
Thanks. I figured out that Firefox was not allowing me to copy and paste to a text editor. So I switched to IE7, but it won’t even allow me to type into the text editor. I’ve tried the default editor and JCE. Anyone know what could be wrong? Configuration?
IE7 is showing an access is denied error on the page.
January 18, 2007 at 11:58 pm #213262The joomla.org forum has quite a bit about this and other text editor problems. I learned that the live site line in config.php must match the site address, which simply meant inserting www. Sometimes this isn’t set properly during the install. Everything works fine now.
