January 3, 2009 at 7:38 pm #136682Im having a issue with posting a “New Thread” in the Fireboard Forum. When clicking on the “New Thread” button the interfcae for posting your comment loads but not correctly.
The post has a huge text box that covers the majority of the page and you have to scroll down. Also the text is positioned to right aligned and starts half way down the text box. The weird thing is when typing a message you can only see a partial amount of text but when you post it, you will see the post displayed correctly.
I was logged in with a super administrator account.
Fireboard Installed version: 1.0.5RC2 | 2008-10-06 | 803
I have attached a screenshot of my problem.
P1.jpg – Shows the New Thread Poblem
P2.jpg shows the post completed. If anyone knows the fix please let us know.

I got the issue finally resolved after 1 month 8 days in consultation with the JA team. I have to praise them for completing this task as no one knows how to fix it on the Fireboard forums!
Submit a support incident and just copy my original post. Attach a screenshot so they can see the issue for better understanding. PM me if you need the agent who dealt with it.
go to http://support.joomlart.com/
I have asked for the solution so will keep you posted if i get it.

February 12, 2009 at 9:39 pm #290981For those using Fireboard, the remaining members of the Fireboard team have now fixed a load of the minor bugs in fireboard and lauched a new website (and re-named fireboard at the same time.)
So take a look here and if you have any probles with fireboard such as that css issue it is likely to have been fixed with the new version.
