all the flash contents including flash players are blinking (flashing) 3 or 4 times in all the page on ja elastica template . its really annoying. i have change and try with other template its not blinking.
please help me.

Temporarily disable the “ADD THIS” module or plugin.
It has been known for its lack of playing nice with other modules/plugins.Also, what player are you using to play the videos?

As I can see from your site, it uses masonry which is known that having bug with flash in firefox, it would cause the browser to refetch / reload the flash movie. You can see it in following references:
