First try: Start by unpublishing one module and/or news item after the other. Look what happens and if the problem disappears.
It might help to know in which module position the items are published e.g. your welcome box. And how are your frontpage settings?

Have a look at this piece of code

<div id=”ja-box2″ class=”ja-box box-ended”style=”width: ;”> doesn’t look right to me, should have a value set inside the width parameter firefox is fussy bout height and width parms, where IE doesn’t seem to mind. Hope this solves the issue
