September 3, 2008 at 5:01 pm #268536The first week or so of a template’s release is generally when bugs are identified and addressed.
I actually like this new template – clean and relatively simple – a good “blog” type theme that seems versitile for virtually any topic.
😎

September 4, 2008 at 11:31 am #268713i kinda like this template, an as mentioned before in this tread: a good “blog” type theme that seems versitile for virtually any topic.
The menu is new and good looking, pathway at top there, looks good to me.Maybe left or right align the logo and put a banner there at top would remove some whitespace?anisjolly Friendanisjolly

September 4, 2008 at 3:44 pm #268770i like this template too. but that are not a new structure, same like many others.
And when the template are just released are that a RC. Not stable version.. If that are a RC, set that in top of this site too.

September 5, 2008 at 1:47 am #268821Looks good fellows. I actually used a blog template (from Word Press) that was very similar to this one. I’m sure I’ll find a use for the Pyrite Template.

Tired of seeing these comments on every template release. There are only so many ways you can arrange a header, menu, and content on a web page.
What would you suggest?

September 8, 2008 at 1:14 am #269255I’m new to the whole Joomla scene. I did try out 1.0 but 1.5 is so much nicer to use!
I’ve set up my website based on this theme, what I really appreciated was the easy to follow directions. I have a little website experience but having everything so well commented and access to the tutorials has been worth very penny of the one year subsciption. I’m almost embarrased to link the site because it’s pretty much a copy of the demo but here you go . http://www.reconnectivehealer.co.nz – early days yet and I’m still working through the modules and getting the content up.
The top menu is driving me nuts but it looks like I need to take it down to 3 or 4 items and create another menu for the left column – yes I really am a beginner.
I’ll be back with things I can’t figure. However, I like it ! Thanks for the tutorials !
