I just joined as member and download a couple of templates: minisite and karnos. I got some problems.

First with minisite, after installing using the extension manager, I am unable to see minisite in the list of templates installed… how can I choose it?

Then I tried karnos, after installing I am able to choose the default Site to this template, but in the main page, I got a BLANK screen… what’s wrong?

My spec: Joomla 2.5, installed the components, plug-ins required for JA sites (that came with the package).

I see you are trying to install this template manually. As you only have 2 articles have you considered trying using the JA Quickstart instead so everything is already setup for you?

As for the template not showing that is very hard for me to determine the cause as absolutely nothing is happening. We could try the quickstart and see if that works. If not then we would need to look at your host errors as it appears to be totally crashing your site.

Thanks, I am not sure what is quickstart, I did downloaded this package but there are no clear instructions. It seems it contains all the files… is it simply replacing every files in my directory ?
