    Dear joaoferraz,

    The wrapper is not a problem to me. I need to know how can I adjust the JA Pyrite template to be fluid?
    Thanks in advance.

    Means the template width (Fluid Screen).
    In the administration of the template I have two options of template width to choose:

    1-Wide Screen
    2-Narrow screen

    But if you point the mouse over the phrase “Template Width“, the Tip says:
    Width of Template. Auto for Fluid.

    Please, I need to use this template but it must have the option to be fluid, like this:

    1-Wide Screen
    2-Narrow screen
    3-Fluid screen

    thank you very much!

    The tool tips have been left in by mistake. As far as I can see this template was never designed to be a fluid width template.

    But is there some way to do that?
    What I have to add in css file?

    You could change
    #ja-tp,
    #ja-header,
    #ja-mainnav,
    #ja-subnav,
    #ja-container,
    #ja-footer {
    width: 950px;
    margin: 0 auto;
    clear: both;
    }

    to a percentage such as

    width: 95%;

    But I doubt the template will work well as a fluid width. The slidechow will certainly not resize.

    A fluid width template needs to be really well designed to be so as I am sure you can appreciate. I am no fan of them as they rarely work well.

    Dear joaoferraz,

    I think that you have to make quite a lot customizes on this templete if you want have fluid screen for it.

    Hi Phill,
    This worked the way I wanted. 🙂
    Now i just need to centralize the module ja_slideshow, how can I do that?
    Thanks and regards!

    Add

    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;

    To the div that contains the slideshow.

    I cannot test it right now as my machine is playing up.

    In which file do I put these parameters? template.css or index.php?
    I tried to put in template.css in # ja-topsl, but did not work.
    rgds.

    As I said, you are making some substaintial modifications to this template in a way that is far from trivial. I have not looked too far into it but you will more than likely have to wrap the slideshow in an additional div or maybe more. The template was never designed to be fluid width and I am certain you will run into further problems.

    If you really want this template modified in such a way and do not have the skills yourself I suggest you pay someone to do it for you. Sorry I cannot be of further assistance.
