Hello, could not find info on this after searching but last night I updated my ja_t3_blank template from 1.0.6 to 1.0.8 and it changed my folder structure for overrides.
Before the update all of my overrides were stored in “templates/ja_t3_blank/local”.
After the update I lost the “local” folder and it appears it was replaced by “themes” folder. My themes and its contents were renamed and saved automatically. Problem is that it also erased my “etc” folder which contained my “layouts” and “profiles” folders. After a couple of hours I was able to recreate those folders and there contents but am not sure where to place the new “etc” folder within the new folder structure.
Before the update my path to the “etc” folder was as follows “templates/ja_t3_blank/local/etc”.
After the update there is now an “etc” folder here “templates/ja_t3_blank/etc”.
Question is do I put my “layout” and “profiles” overrides in this new folder or do I create a new “etc” folder and add it in one of these 2 following positions – “templates/ja_t3_blank/themes/etc” or “templates/ja_t3_blank/themes/my_theme/etc”.
It maybe easier to just ask what the new folder structure should look like for all overrides, not sure but any help on this would be appreciated.
I am using Joomla! 1.7.3, jat3 2.0 framework with 1.0.8 blank template all updated to latest versions.

Hi Guys,
There are many changes from 1.0.8 to latest version, so you should use latest version if you have just started developing the site or backup your site before upgrade.
