    Hello,

    I had been away from the forum for a couple of weeks, when I cam back, I do not get an email with the replies I get to the posts I have made.

    I checked the User Control Panel and it still shows that I should be getting emails regarding the same.

    BUMP!!!

    I still am not getting emails when somebody replies to one of the threads or I get PM’s. I think some of the other members are also facing a problem. Can the JA Team take a look at this?

    I dont know when somebody replies and i want to help them, but i dont know!!

    Hey,

    Looking for it to getting fixed. I just dont know when a post by me is replied to or if i get a PM. I have to check the “My Threads / Replies” option to see new replies.

    Looking forward for the fix soon!

    The email is now working again, we have problem with our SMTP configuration which has been fixed by now.

    hung i just posted and i cant even login to view my ticket…. i needed to change it to a critical priority…. i too do not get emails from my posts…

    Hi Trey,

    It seem you use different email @charter.net rather than your JA account email @knology.net to submit that ticket so it give you an denied permissino message.

    The best way is to login and submit a ticket from your member area. Please note that our support hours are from 8:00-17:00 Monday – Friday GMT+8
