The followus module in ja argo stopped to work in my website. I didn’t do anything. Simply stopped appearing buttons for share.

I am using joomla 2.5 installed with JA Argo package
Last week came a new version of joomla and I updated.
Version is Joomla! 2.5.13 Stable

Hey guys,

The problem here is that in the output of this custom HTML module, we add some script , html tags and the default editor ( set in Global Configuration) your site using strip these tags so that all icon disappeared.

If you wanna change in this module in future, try going to Global Configuration > set Default Editor to None.

I already done this which you are speaking. Global Configuration > set Default Editor to None. Open costum html module with folowus and save without change anything. Did not solve.

After setting the Default Editor to None, add above script into the output of this module, it would work

I got the following message in another forum wher we had similar issue. I dont know if it is of any help for conforturis. Our poblems seem resolved….

“Hi nsak,

You need install the AddThis module with my attached file, then display it at “followus” position & configure the module’s settings with your social profiles. The social follow buttons will display fine then.

Note: Remeber to disable the Follow us (Custom HTML) module. In my attached file, there are 2 version of AddThis module according to your Joomla version. “

there was also an attachement mod_follow.zip
