I removed the google plus and linked and when I preview the colour of the icons look odd.
How to correct fix this?

Also I want to reduce the width of the drop down?

Did u set the default editor to None before edit the follow us module. Please set the editor to None and add code again ,
Then save and close .

The editor is set to none and added the code but it’s not working. still the same

try this code in custom.css file .

.icon-twitter:before { color: #fff; } .icon-facebook:before { color: #fff; }
This will solve the issue .
