Hi
Add below code in custom.css file and change the font size as per your needs .
```
.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {
    font-size: 12px!important;
}
```

Go to /templates/ja_university/css/custom.css
if file is not there kindly create it and add the suggested code .
