No. Have you understood the issue?
Pasting screenshots of same page:
1) page “Aktivitātes” with Jomsocial Socialize template (no problems);
2) page “Aktivitātes” with JA Social II template ( problems with fonts in latvian). The letters ģ; ā, ī; ņ etc. are displaing incorect.
Do you see difference?

Please leave Jomsocial template! It works fine! I’m posting the issue about Social II template. My question is What is wrong with fonts when I use latvian language?

remove font-family : http://prntscr.com/8bn824
U can change the font-family from Thememagic options in template manager .
Or add your own font with help of this documentation .
