Does anyone know of a way to move the font resizer tool out of the c-panel and put it on the topbar?

I think its not possible, because that tool belongs to cpanel module,we can not extract it to place at another place.

Is there a way to “borrow” a font resizer from one of the other JA templates? I see that Purity has it in the upper right corner.

in purity II, the font tools resides at templatesja_purity_iilayoutsblocksusertoolsfont.php, you can try to convert the code to ja social along with neccessary js code.
