The screenshot does not refer to any area for font size . Could u add a neat and clean screenshot and illustrate the details inside screenshot on which part u want to change the font size , so i assist you better in this case .

Add this code in custom.css file

.t3-spotlight-4 .t3-module ul > li > a {
    font-size: 10px;
}

increase the font-size 10px as per needs .

Hi
I suggest you to use Firebug or inspect element if you have to do different cusotmization , You can easily check the css class and override them via custom.css file .
