I have an odd problem with my website in that whenever it loads or I click on a menu link all the fonts start off small then go large. The site appears very ‘jumpy’ and the pages are taking a very long time to load.

What could be causing this?

I tried to access admin of your site but without clue. But you can work with my suggestion below

Go to Admin site -> Extensions -> Templates Manager -> JA_Mendozite – Default -> Profiles tabs -> choose Default and click Main Menu and config as my screenshot

Remember to clear cache from Admin area after changing

My network is loading your site as well and doesn’t slow. I checked your site connect to Facebook maybe it is cause your network is loading page slow down
