I am testing Joomla 1.5.7 version with Ja_Purity and see that distance between footer area and vdot.gif on Firefox (2.0.0.17) is different from on IE 6.0. In detail, the distance between vdot.gif and bottom area on IE 6 is farther than on Firefox.

I have not installed any modules, plugins or manbots to Joomla. Anyone can consider and show me the way to resolve this problem.

The problem only occured when browse on IE 6. It displays correctly on Firefox and IE 7

Hi,

It would be nice if you shared your solution with others! Maybe I can learn from it.
My footer is running through the text of my guestbook and I connot find a way to solve this problem.
