Hello,
Please follow the steps below to replicate the problem.
1. Go to http://makeacard.org/press
2. Scroll to the bottom footer
3. Resize browser window to less than 500px
You should see the footer collapse from view –

This behavior is not normal. Instead, it should behave like on every other template page.
See picture for example –

It should be disabled in the Template manager -> Theme -> Layouts -> responsive layout

Enable the position for the tablet and mobile layout.
