Where can I edit the footer text? The footer.php file located in the includes folder on my server is not the file I need, because changes to this document produces nothing on my footer.

HI missnolcha,

If you have FTP access, starting from the main folder of your joomla installation

(joomla-telineII folder) => templates => ja_teline_ii => footer.php

you may modify the footer.php

I visited your link and it looks alright. There are links there actually that are part of what is called Top Menu. It is better to edit it in the Top menu through the Menu in the Administrator.
