hi. how am i able to do my footer menu to show by 1 menu item and its sub categories in 1 footer column?

now i see it shows only the main items in Main menu. what i want is to breakdown the sub items as well.

for example, these are the menu items which i want to show per column in the footer. how can i do it?

another question on it, how can i make it show that only About Us items appear on one column? then on next column all items on Live Well, Live Happy and Live Long only? because right now it’s showing all my menu items in one column. i want to divide it into columns 🙂

also, what style should i add to minimize the line height? i’ve tried a couple of style but still no success 🙁
