    Hi,
We use to have custom HTML display contact info and footer in position 5-6 and footer on this template but all the sudden it disappeared and I have no idea why. I double check all the modules seem to be just fine and enabled properly in those positions but none of those modules are showing on the bottom of the site.

    Here is the site: http://schools.district279.org/pcsh/
I’m also including a screenshot of what is suppose to look like with those footer modules showing on the bottom of the page.

    Thanks!

    Hi

You need to verify your layout for template assigned to your menu items has the footer block available and visible

If you can also edit your first post adding a temp super user account to it i can take a look at your configuration

    Hi pavit,

Yes, the template and layout should be fine. You can see those module exist from the page source code (see my attached screenshot).

I’ll create a user account for you, thanks.

    Hi there

Problems are due to your custom-html module "Park Center Calendar" The embedded script is avoiding page to load correctly sublayout – i disabled it for now from Home page and as you can see your footer section is showing correctly –

A solution could be to use a compatible module to embed a google calendar instead to add code into a custom-html module as you did.

    Try to look HERE

    Hi pavit,

Thank you so much for helping me figure out the issue.
However I’m still wondering why all the sudden the calendar module become a problem?
I had all those modules for many months (since last December) and never had issues until 2 days ago…. Is there a reason why that becoming a problem? Because I have other modules are also using the embed codes in custom html modules like the Facebook module. Do I need to do something differently on that one too?

    Thanks again.

    Hi

I haven’t investigated on the specific reason, i have looked at what was avoiding template to load correctly, normally embedded code in custom-html should work fine.

So maybe you can investigate on the specific code for Google calendars , if something was changed in the last period.

But also adding a specific module as i suggested is a good alternative to the embedded code.

    Best regards
