T3 Blank template on this site : http://www.doudoulemouton.fr
Menus and images on footer are not appear any more since I upgraded the site to Joomla! 3.6.4. In fact, they appear during 0.5 second and then they disappear. They are appearing on smartphone.
What shall I do in order they appear and stay on all the time ?

I can see the menus and pictures on the footer on smartphones, but not on any PC and browner. You can see my screenshot on Chrome and Edge here joined.

I suggest you to check the site in different systems or try to clean browser cache , Its working fine .

I’ve already checked before to post on this forum with cleaning browser cache. This site do not use cache. I checked on a pc where the the site has never been displayed, with Edge and Firefox, I coud not see the images and menus on footer. Therefore, I do not think it is a problem with cache.

Images and menu appear during half a second before to disappear. This problem existe since I update the site to 3.6.4.
May you provide me another similar template, to try it ?

I checked your sote a no. Of times but as u can see in my screenshots there is no issue. You may try purity-iii or u can check fresh package on localhost , u will see there is no issue from template.
