    Hi,

I’m struggling with the footer-1 position’s width. It seems after I have set the CSS and JS to be optimized that the size changed. I had a look on the Demo site and the footer-1’s class was set on .col-lg-4 and mine is set to .col-md-4 (I have attached a preview of the following position).

    Please advise.

    Kind Regards,
    Henning

    Hi @henning,

As you might already familiar, Joomla! is deploying Bootstrap, so the class .col-lg-4 or .col.md-4 is largely depended on where you view it, because it simply says make grids of 4 columns in large monitor and make grids of 4 columns in medium monitor.

Now, if you haven’t changed the template that much, I’m quite sure you can resize the footer-1 width via template’s backend (without even touching the css 🙂 — and you can just forget the .col-lg-4 and .col-md-4 because it’s automatically processed and set)

Just go to your template’s backend, under the layout tab, go to responsive layout, and you can play there. have fun

    Hi Nawainruk,

Thanks for your reply. I was able so set the footer position to have five columns instead of six, seemed to solved the problem. Thanks a lot!

I have added a screenshot of the end result, very happy with it! Also decided to add the contact information on the right.

    Thanks again.

    Regards,
    Henning
