July 18, 2006 at 9:18 pm #116889I’ve just begun learning about CSS and came across a page that literally sticks the footer to the bottom of the page or the page content, whichever is longer. Is there a piece of CSS that I’m missing in JA-Regulus or does it not have this ability?
http://solardreamstudios.com/learn/css/footerstick/
For example, I’m wondering what JA-container does in the index.php, since there doesn’t seem to be a reference for it in any of the CSS files i’ve downloaded. Maybe I’m just missing it somewhere.
I’ll keep looking or hacking. Maybe I can come up with a work around.
By the way, this is one of the best templates I’ve seen!!!! I just need a footer hack to appease the paycheck gods.

July 20, 2006 at 5:28 pm #209852Hi Johns, thanks for that interesting notice. The CSS technique describing there is really cool :D!
You’re right, Regulus currently isn’t applied this hack. However, our Design Team has bookmarked the guide for all next templates use. Thank you again!
September 20, 2006 at 3:12 pm #210575See. Here’s another prime example of the problems your users are encountering with this and other joomlart templates where you admit to problems, but fail to provide any support. Buyers of your products won’t care about your products in the future if what they bought from you in the past doesn’t work and nothing is done to fix it. Count me as one.

Hi Mattstall,I agree for a large part.
I send two questions to support and no answers received….The forum doesnt answer my questions. The guys from pixelart gave me instant and excellent support. This is the way to do it.Hung Dinh FriendHung Dinh

September 22, 2006 at 10:24 pm #210597Dear mattstahl and tamarac,
Sorry for keep you guy waiting…Just too busy because we have just decided to release 2 template/month.We have tried your suggestion with Regulus. However if we use Footer Stick, we encounters problem with browser crossing issues. This is because we had applied a lot of css hacks and tricks to fine tunning our template for both Joomla and browser platforms. Also, we are limited by the mark-ups of the joomla.
