December 7, 2009 at 12:29 pm #325918You can easily find your layouts/blocks/footer.php and check all style classes used by the modules. You can also see it with Firebug, “Inspect element” feature.

December 8, 2009 at 5:04 pm #326071Hi.
First, you’d better to not publish a developpement release on a production site, even in a special directory. All the search engines will index your developpemet site…and there is perhaps a few security holes in your developpement site.
Second, in the footer you have 2 positions, footnav and footer.
To have you menu on one line, use footnav position instead of footer.I’m french, if you need help in french or if you need a joomla! expert, I could be appointed as freelance councelor.
I sent you a private message.micker Friendmicker

December 8, 2009 at 6:44 pm #326076I gave you the solution on the forum: http://forum.joomla.fr/showthread.php?p=525317&posted=1#post525317
there is an omission in templateDetails.xml, you must add the position :
<position>footnav</position>
and then, you can select “footnav” in the admninistration moduleSorry for my english :-[
