joomla 3.1 and lates framework installed

i assigned modules to all these positions on default theme layout, but I do not see that.

What am I doing Wrong?

I have checked footer1, footer6 position in the front-end site and they are empty, you need to check Menu Assignment and make sure that they are assigned to menu item of page you want they appear.

If you still the same problem, you can pm me admin access to back-end site. I shall check it for you.
