    Hi-

I’m working with the Ores template with J1.5.15 (on local PC, at the moment). I’m attempting to put a copy of my main menu down in the footernav position, as shown in your demo, using a mod_mainmenu module.

First of all, “footernav” was not an option in the “Position:” drop-down list for the module, so I just typed footernav into the field.

Second, the menu always shows all the menu levels regardless of what I enter in the module config. I only want the level-0 items to be shown.

I’ve attached two images; one showing the footer menu as it appears on the site. In the menu shown, only the first five items should be there; the rest are sub-items of “Services”.

The second image is a snapshot of the module config.

In my previous post, make that “footnav”, not “footernav”.

    Hi csolar

Edit template and change in Menu System the value of End Level: -1 is for unlimited so change to 0.

    That should solve your problem.
    Best regards

The menu setting in the template config is already set to start=0 and end=1, which is what I want for the top menu. The problem is with menus appearing in other module positions.

Maybe this is a problem with the core Joomla mod_mainmenu?

I would provide access details, but at the moment this site is being developed off-line (localhost).

Surely you can reproduce this, one way or the other?

    Oh I see..

Yes I’ll do that. I’ll see what I can do about this problem.

    Cheers
