I turned off the SEF URL from global configurations and its working now.
Kindly check the .htaccess file, if its not present in that case rename htacess.txt to .htacess and remove any redirection rules if you added in this file.Hope it helps

I attempted to rename htacess.txt to .htacess but could only get htacess… Is that the same. see attached file.

i am unable to do this as its something from the server,
Please ask your service provider to do this for you, its something wrong from the server side. They will fix it easily, keep me posted if there is anything need to be changed from the template.Regards

If you are comfortable with it you can share in private reply or you can turn off the SEF from global configurations to fix the issue and ask your hosting provider to look at this issue later.Regards

I fixed this issue on your server.
I commented this line in your .htacess fileRewriteRule .* index.php [F]
You can check your site links are working fine now.
