PROBLEM
-Click the MEMBER AREA sign.
-Click LOST YOUR PASSWORD.
-You get the REGISTRATION page, not the PASSWORD RESET page. The REGISTRATION page doesn’t help resetting the password.

ANSWER
Edit the file <joomlaroot>/modules/mod_ja_login/mod_ja_login.php

Around line 102 replace:

index.php?option=com_registration&task=lostPassword
with

index.php?option=com_user&view=reset

Apparently, the template is geared towards Joomla V1.0 (not Joomla v1.5). The code was never updated in the JA LOGIN module.

you could also turn on the legacy mode plugin, and it will work.
