Hey guys (and gals),
I wasn’t quite sure where to put this so I opted for here since I’m not quite sure what I need. 😀

I am working on a site for my brother who runs a Christian Camp and Retreat Center. On his old site he has a “Registration Page” that leads the parents through general registration questions for their children who are attending camp. Questions like: Name, Address, Emergency Contact etc…

After their questions are answered, the page then leads them to an area where they are asked to pay in advance for the campers who are attending. My brother said this was the area where he seemed to lose a lot of parents because after registering they would not see the “next step” which was paying in advance.

Any recommendations for what type of extension/component that we can implement with Joomla that will tie a form together with a payment option?
