March 10, 2016 at 6:36 am #897686After we clear JAT3 cache, the format of the site won’t load when a user goes to the site URL directly. The format of the site only starts loading when the user refreshes the browser.
This problem happens not only on Chrome on PC, but also on Safari on iPad. I also tested on Chomes on multiple computers and found the same issue. So I think it’s the site’s bug rather than the cache of the browser.
I uploaded a 50 second video on youtube to demonstrate the bug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0bz0cGgubU
This is a private video. The public won’t see it unless they know this specific URL, so JA’s reputation is protected.

March 10, 2016 at 6:52 pm #897980Same issue for other browsers or platforms. This is an example for iPad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4J6irTCbMw
Again, like the one above, this is a private video. The public won’t see it unless they know this specific URL, so JA’s reputation is protected.
We really need this to be fixed asap. Thank you very much.

March 11, 2016 at 5:22 am #898231We understand that disabling cache or using development mode can by pass this cache bug, but we really need to use cache because our pages are very large with a lot of modules, and we have a lot of php codes embedded in the pages.
We have been using Teline III v2 since the very beginning and it worked well without this bug all the way to Joomla 2.5. It occurs after we update to 3.4.x.
Please work with your coders to provide us with a fix to this serious cache bug.
This appears to be the last remaining bug for Teline III at Joomla 3.4.8. We are getting close, but we really need your team’s help. Thanks again.

March 11, 2016 at 7:20 am #898261I forwarded that problem to development team and they already checked with Enable Development Mode: No
All browser: Chrome, Firefox and Safari are working as well.
Besides that, I double checked the same cases above but I could not get the problem as your video. Please try to check it again.

March 13, 2016 at 8:25 pm #899096To replicate the problem, please do the following:
Log into Admin -> Open site in new tab from top right link (Good) -> Clear JAT3 Cache -> Click main site logo to let the site reload (Good) -> Clear JAT3 Cache -> Click main site logo to let site reload (Broken)

March 14, 2016 at 7:12 am #899300I tried to check the problem on your site and you can see it here: http://cl.ly/1d0c0d2u3V0X
But I could not duplicate the problem on your site. Besides that, I also raised the request to development team here. They will check and reply the answer for you.

March 16, 2016 at 8:14 pm #900763I watched your video and saw why you didn’t replicate the problem.
Please do NOT hit refresh when you are doing the sequence above.By "reload" there I meant just clicking the main site logo, NOT hitting refresh.
The steps are as simple as: clear cache -> click logo -> clear cache -> click logo.
Repeat these a few times. Please watch any of my videos, such as the ones on iPad. I didn’t use refresh, and got to the broken page.
This is not pointed out in the ticket, so please let Trung know as well.

April 12, 2016 at 12:08 am #912566It’s been almost a month. Has Trung figured out a fix for this bug?
Joomla 3.5 has come out. Please make sure the fix works for this newer version of Joomla as well.

April 12, 2016 at 3:27 am #912665We have been upgrading our product to support Joomla latest version. Besides that, I already forwarded this bug to T3 framework owner.

April 26, 2016 at 8:26 am #922856The new version with the fix has not been released yet but you can use this hotfix file
- Download my attached files and copy them to
plugins/system/jat3/core/framework.php plugins/system/jat3/jat3.php
Then you just need to clear the cache.
