In our demo site, it displays ‘logout’ icon there, not the text and in order to have icons displays, you need to use alternative layout of this template. I just changed it for you: http://prntscr.com/8m1gyt

You should check configuration of module first before raising question, the module provides option to select pages for Logout & Login redirection.
