Hi all,
I have installed k2 search and I have some problem with formatting of my component: In particular:
Can I hide the category in the search box?
Why I have 3 search result?
How can I change the text “search result” in another language?

I attached a jpg to illustrate my problem

Hi Betty,

Here is my suggestion:

Go to JA K2FILTER module and disable it in the module param settings

Go to JA K2FILTER component, click to Options button > Layout tab > edit your results page’s layout the same as K2 setting

Please try edit in the language file of JA K2Filter in appropriate language folder. For example, with default English, change it in: languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_jak2filter.ini

Hi thanks for your reply.
I can’t find the Options butto on JAK2FILTER COMPONENT. I atthaced the image of my back-end.
For change the languarge file where I go? in ftp, or in a component option?

For the language file, you can change it via ftp, the path of file is languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_jak2filter.ini
