The meta viewport statement is incorrect Joomlart is still using semicolons instead of commas which generates an
truncated to its numeric prefix error!

The offline.php file has this statement:

<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0;”>

When it should be this:
<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″ />

By mkaing the minor change it will get rid of the error in Chrome….
