    Hello,

I find your templates very attractive and i’m planning to subscribe to the “JATC Standard Membership ” for 1 year.

I read the FAQ but i’d like to be sure about certains points before subscribing :

I am working for a french collectivity, that means government.

1/ Are there limitations and/or special things to know before subscribing for government websites, or no problems ?

2/ If I subscribe for the “JATC Standard Membership ” for 1 year, that means i would be able to download all the templates i like (for testing and choosing, such as JA Purity, JA Nickel …) and then use the one i prefer on the website of our collectivity ? What if i have not only 1 website but 2, 3 …

3/ Are the prices different for government websites ?

4/ Can I edit the template to add, remove or adjust many things such as css, php … ?

5/ How many templates can i use simultaneously on websites we own with such a licence ?

6/ And the last one, I think the FAQ gave me the answer but i prefer being certain, when the year subscribe period is over, i can continue to use/edit my downloaded templates on my websites ?

Thank you in advance for your reponses and see you soon !
And sorry for the mistakes !

    Hello,

    1. No not that i know off.

    2. For a 1 year subscribtion you will get a licence for 3 domains. JA works with domain licences and not for the templates itself. On the domains you validate for a licence you can use all templates.

    3. No

    4. Yes you can edit the template only some things are restricted like removing the copyright, to remove the copyright you need to purchase the copyright removal kit, or have a developers account. What you can or cannot change is explained in faq.

    5. As explained on point 2, Ja works with a domain licence on that domain you can use unlimited templates. And with 1 year you will have 3 domains.

    6. Yes you can.

    With Regards,

    Hello,

I come back just before becoming a member with a last question !
I want to use a template (JA Nickel) on our website, and i need to customize all the layout (colors, css), but i don’t need to remove the Copyright.

Do I need to pay a Developper Membership only for this ?
    A “JATC Standard Membership – 1 year” doesn’t fit ?

    Thank you,

If you plan on using the template on ONE personal site then a 1 year JATC license is sufficient. Beware you will be required to leave the backling to JoomlArt in place. (removal fee $40)

If you plan on using templates on more that one site OR if the template is used for any kind of commercial endevour then you are required to purchase a developer license. This price includes permission to remove the JoomlArt backlink and you can use as many templates on as many domains as you wish.

    Thank you for your reply,

#1- I Thought it would be 3 domains, not only one ?
#2- If #1 is true, and if I choose the “JATC Standard Membership – 1 year” I understand that i would be able to customize pictures (logo …) and css but i will have to leave the footer copyright with the link to joomlart. And i’d be able to do so for 3 domains and 3 different templates. Is this correct ?

    1. Yes, the 1 Year JATC Standard Membership includes 3 domains to use our templates on.
    2. Yes, feel free to modify the images, logos, css, etc as per the license agreement.
