fresh installed with all the plug in and components…
when i go to the uber configuration in templates, browsing to the theme tab, the theme combo is empty… and not selectable…

Hello

Uber template has no Theme released, if you want to use a customized theme you will need to create it from scratch using Thememagic tool

Browsing the demo this page make me think that there are something pre-build to start modifing…

Sites is referring to prebuilt websites templates and not to Themes , If you look at the documentation page HERE you can see how to install each prebuilt template exactly as showed on our demo site.
